Our Yield Income Fund is more conservative than any other Utopia mutual fund.  The Fund primarily emphasizes fixed income and income oriented equity investments, with secondary emphasis on modest or non-income producing equity investments.  The Yield Income Fund seeks to be less volatile and contain less risk than our Balanced Conservative Fund over a 12-month period.  You may consider investing in the Yield Income Fund if you have less tolerance for risk than an investor in the Balanced Conservative Fund and an investment horizon of near-term or greater. For example, if you are retired or otherwise anticipate a near-term or periodic need for either the principal or the income from your investment (children in/ near college, saving to buy a home, etc.), you may find the Fund a good match for your planned goals and current needs.  If your needs or goals change, you may exchange shares into any other Utopia Fund free of charges and fees.
