Zachary P. Liggett joined FIM Group in November 2003 as a Portfolio Manager in the Traverse City, Michigan office. His responsibilities include the construction and monitoring of client portfolios and individual security analysis. Prior to joining FIM Group, Zach lived and worked in Japan for nearly ten years, working most recently as an equity analyst covering the Japanese electronics industry, including game software and toy makers for West LB Securities Pacific.
Zach earned an International MBA in finance & Japanese from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Zach earned his CFA® charter in June 2003 and is deeply committed to act with integrity, competence, dignity, and in an ethical manner in the portfolio management of Utopia Funds.
